Descol calls this Life Time Flooring. By stating beforehand whether you want to use a maintenance contract, a cleaning contract or Descol cleaning products, you choose greater control over your floor and guaranteed optimal condition. It gives you insight in its maintenance status, the degree to which advice has been followed, and the time when your floor could do with some revitalisation.
